Position Summary:
The Floating Leasing Agent is responsible for supporting leasing operations and resident relations across multiple communities. This role provides additional coverage where needed, assists with lease-ups, supports occupancy goals, and ensures a consistent and exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly adaptable, organized, and possesses very strong leasing skills, with the ability to quickly learn each property’s unique processes, availability, and resident needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and tour prospective residents, providing a professional and engaging leasing experience.
- Assist with lease processing, applications, and renewals across assigned properties.
- Demonstrate very strong leasing skills to drive occupancy and leasing goals by effectively following up on leads and inquiries.
- Handle resident questions, concerns, and service requests professionally and promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in property management systems.
- Collaborate with property teams to ensure consistency in policies and procedures.
- Provide temporary coverage at properties as needed, adapting quickly to each location’s unique requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven, very strong leasing experience or equivalent customer service experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

- Paid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.

- Following six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
- Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
